MCRE mobile application

Consisting of several elements to support the target group in checking information acquired in the media and training them in critical thinking. The app will be available for free on iOS and Android and will be adapted to be easy to use by adults with low media literacy skills. The mobile application will include: ACTION CARDS: which will be prepared for the target group as a quick knowledge grab. The action cards will provide a series of instructions on how to raise their level of critical thinking, what steps to take to ensure that the information they have received in the media is correct. They will allow the target group of the project to check the received information on an ongoing basis through a series of steps that will help them to analyse the veracity of the received information. As the mobile application will not require Internet connections, it can be used anywhere. QUIZZ: which will test the knowledge acquired under the first and second results. The quizzes will be a combination of education and fun. They will consist of questions with multiple answers, which will be an additional difficulty, but which will also test the acquired knowledge.
