Aby nad\u0105\u017cy\u0107 za zmianami, konieczne b\u0119dzie zar\u00f3wno posiadanie odpowiedniego poziomu umiej\u0119tno\u015bci korzystania z medi\u00f3w, aby unikn\u0105\u0107 wykluczenia cyfrowego lub finansowego, jak i ograniczenie szans na wykluczenie zawodowe lub spo\u0142eczne. Wraz z post\u0119puj\u0105c\u0105 konwergencj\u0105 medi\u00f3w, post\u0119puje r\u00f3wnie\u017c konwergencja kompetencji. Konwergencja medi\u00f3w to nic innego jak po\u0142\u0105czenie medi\u00f3w, telekomunikacji i technologii informacyjnych. Poniewa\u017c obszary te nak\u0142adaj\u0105 si\u0119 na siebie, nast\u0119puje r\u00f3wnie\u017c proces konwergencji kompetencji, czyli \u0142\u0105czenia kompetencji medialnych, informacyjnych i cyfrowych. Zaanga\u017cowanie edukator\u00f3w doros\u0142ych w dzia\u0142ania projektowe jest kluczowe, gdy\u017c powinni oni aktywnie wspiera\u0107 doros\u0142ych s\u0142uchaczy w nabywaniu nowych umiej\u0119tno\u015bci<strong>.<\/strong><\/p><p>Celem projektu MCRE jest wspieranie edukacji doros\u0142ych, zwi\u0119kszenie ich umiej\u0119tno\u015bci korzystania z medi\u00f3w i krytycznego ogl\u0105du oraz zwi\u0119kszenie zdolno\u015bci adaptacyjnych do okoliczno\u015bci stworzonych przez pandemi\u0119 COVID-19 w\u015br\u00f3d os\u00f3b o mniejszych mo\u017cliwo\u015bciach (osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, bezrobotna m\u0142odzie\u017c, doro\u015bli zagro\u017ceni ub\u00f3stwem, itp.) oraz edukator\u00f3w doros\u0142ych z RO, PL, CY, ES, IT, PT. Projekt ma na celu wsparcie doros\u0142ych w analizowaniu informacji, aby byli bardziej odporni na fake news i dezinformacj\u0119 oraz wyposa\u017cenie ich w narz\u0119dzia (aplikacja mobilna) do
